Rofeh & Co. Law Firm (“Rofeh & Co.”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors and users of our website at: rofeh-law.com (including its sub-domains) (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
By accessing or using the Site and/or by providing personal information via the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Rofeh & Co. Law Firm, with principal offices at 144 Derech Menachem Begin RD (Midtown Tower), Tel Aviv, Israel.

2. Your consent
By entering, connecting to, accessing or using the Site and/or providing personal information via the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described here. You acknowledge you are not legally required to provide personal information, and you do so voluntarily.
3. Information we collect
We collect two categories of data:
3.1 Non-Personal Information
De-identified, aggregated and technical data that does not identify you individually, such as device type and version, OS, browser type, screen resolution, language settings, click-stream, pages viewed, session duration and similar usage data (“Technical and Behavioral Information”).
We and our analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 12).
3.2 Personal Information
Information that identifies you or can be reasonably linked to you:

  • Contact and Communications: information you provide when you contact us (e.g., name, email, phone, organization, message content), including via Site forms, email links, or social pages.

  • Newsletter/Updates: if you subscribe, we process your contact details to send legal and firm updates. You can unsubscribe anytime (see Section 5.2).

  • Events/Webinars (if any): registration details you submit (e.g., name, email, role, company).

  • Recruitment (if applicable): if we post roles and you apply, we process information you submit (e.g., name, email, phone, CV/resume, LinkedIn profile) and may obtain public professional data about you to assess your candidacy. Access is limited to HR and relevant managers. If hired, your application data may be retained for employment purposes.

  • Identifiers & Logs: IP address, unique device identifiers, and similar online identifiers for security, analytics and to tailor content.

  • Approximate location: derived from IP address for analytics, security, and traffic insights (including understanding organizational visits).

  • Information from other sources: public sources and third-party providers (e.g., Analytics demographics/interest data) where permitted.

We may combine information we collect from/ about you across sources. Where Non-Personal Information is linked to Personal Information, we treat it as Personal Information.
4. How we collect information

  • Automatic collection when you browse or interact with the Site (cookies, pixels, logs).

  • Directly from you when you submit forms, email us, or register for updates/events.

  • From public sources/third parties (e.g., professional profiles) where lawful.

5. Why we use your information
5.1 Non-Personal Information
To: (i) perform analytics and statistics; (ii) understand Site usage and improve our Site; (iii) enhance security and prevent abuse.
5.2 Personal Information
We use Personal Information to:

  • Operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site;

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide client-service communications;

  • Send updates/newsletters and event invitations about our firm and legal topics (email/SMS/phone/web-notifications). You can opt out via the unsubscribe link in each message or by emailing privacy@rofeh-law.com;

  • Personalize your experience and ensure optimal Site display on your device;

  • Conduct surveys and feedback initiatives to improve our services;

  • Perform troubleshooting, testing, research, and analytics;

  • Conduct lawful marketing, including limited retargeting for our own services where permitted (see Section 12 opt-outs);

  • Protect our rights, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms;

  • Maintain records and administer internal operations.

6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share it as follows:

  • Personnel: with authorized Rofeh & Co. personnel on a need-to-know basis under confidentiality.

  • Service Providers/Processors: with trusted vendors that host the Site, provide analytics, email delivery, forms, consent management, security, event tools, and related services. These providers may be located outside your country (see Sections 8–9).

  • Legal and Safety: to comply with law or valid legal process; protect rights, safety, and security; detect/prevent fraud; enforce our terms; respond to claims.

  • Business changes: in connection with a reorganization, merger, or similar event.

  • With consent: where you have authorized sharing.

We may use and share aggregated/ de-identified data for research, analytics, and Site improvement.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, update, delete, restrict or object to processing, and/or to portability. To exercise rights, contact privacy@rofeh-law.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Israeli users may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
8. Where we process data (international transfers)
We and our service providers may process information in multiple jurisdictions. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and take steps to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.
By using the Site or providing information, you acknowledge such transfers as permitted by law.
9. Third-party service providers we commonly use
During your visit, the following categories of providers may process data:

  • Website platform/hosting: Wix (and Wix apps)

  • Analytics: Google Analytics

  • Consent/Cookie banner: CookieYes (or Wix’s native consent tools)

  • Marketing/retargeting (if used): Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads/Tag

  • Email & forms: [Wix Forms / Microsoft 365 / other]

Note: The exact providers and pixels in use may change; each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
10. Links to other websites
Our Site may link to third-party sites. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before use.
11. Social features
The Site may include links or integrations with social networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Your use of those features is governed by the relevant platform’s terms and privacy policy. Depending on your settings with those platforms, certain information may be shared.
12. Cookies & tracking technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tools to:

  • recognize your browser/device;

  • analyze Site usage and performance;

  • enhance security;

  • personalize content; and

  • (if enabled) measure/serve our own interest-based ads.

Managing cookies: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that some features may not function properly without cookies.

You can also manage consent via our cookie banner/preferences center (where available).
13. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Site and your information. However, transmission and storage over the Internet carry inherent risks and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where required by law, we will notify you of a data breach affecting your Personal Information.
14. Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us to delete it.
15. Data retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify the data.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site and/or email (if we have your address). Changes are effective as of the “Last Revised” date unless a different effective date is stated or required by law.
